PLOT:
WHEN A CRACK FORMS IN THE EARTH, MASSIVE SCORPIONS FROM THE CENTER OF THE EARTH EMERGE AND START TO TERRORIZE THE PEOPLE. A SCIENTIST TRAVELS WITHIN THE CREVACE TO DISCOVER THE ORIGIN OF THE AWSOME ARACHNIDS AND IF POSSIBLE A WAY TO KILL THEM.
OPINION:
A GREAT CONCEPT AND THE SPECIAL EFFECTS MAN BEHIND KING KONG WAS A MAJOR PLOT POINT. BUT THE FACE OF THE SCORPION WAS ALL WRONG AND THE CONSENT USE OF STOCK FOOTAGE JUST GOT ON MY NERVES.
I GIVE IT (5 STARS)
ON THE POSITVE SIDE:
+ STRONG STORY (Monsters from the center of the earth work)
+ O'BRIAN (The creator of King Kong is also a major plus point)
ON THE NEGATIVE SIDE:
- SCORPION MOUTH (If you ever really looked at a scorpion's mouth then you know they F***ED up royally.)
- STOCK FOOTAGE (They used the same stop motion footage over and over and over again. I don't care about money, you make a movie right or you don't bother)
