PLOT:

A Fisherman discovers the source of the murders that have been happening around the marina lately. A monster crossed between an anchient shark and an octopus. Together with a scientist they track the origin of the creture to a lab.

Things get ugly when they learn that have only eight hours to find a way to kill the thing before it's cells replicates and make hundreds or even thousands of these killing machines that make Jaws look like a guppy.

OPINION:

Although a tad weak with the human characters, and the water was a bit murkey at points. I still recommend this hard to find monster classic from Italy. What "Zombi 2" did for Zombie movies this does for Shark movies. If you can find this movie rent it or buy it.

I GIVE IT (7 STARS)

ON THE POSITIVE SIDE (+ HITS)

+MONSTER (A monster cool enough to have Stan Winston's name attached to it, but it doesn't which makes it more impressive)
+MYSTERY (An interesting murder mystery as someone at the lab will kill to keep his or hers involvement in creating the Devil Fish quiet)
+WORKABLE STORY (As good as Jaws)

ON THE NEGATIVE SIDE (X MISSES)

-DUBBING (Some of the dubbing was alittle weak)
-HUMAN CHARACTERS (The fisherman's drinking got alittle annoying at time)
