Terror Is a Man PLOT:
In this un-credited remake of "Island of Lost Souls", shipwreck survivor Fitzgerald is rescued by mad doctor Girard, who is attempting to surgically transform a panther into a man. Girard is assisted in his experiments by sleazy sidekick Walter and voluptuous, under-sexed wife Frances, who falls in love with Fitzgerald
OPINION:
This had the protenchel to be a great film, except for the fact of the rotten lighting. What's the point of spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on creature effects if they cannot be seen on camera. That is what's wrong with this film and that's why I give it such a small score. I GIVE IT (4 STARS) 
ON THE POSTIVE SIDE: + STORY (The Dr. Moreau story always works when done right)
+ MONSTER (Cool monster what you get to see of it)
+ DR. MOREAU FANS (If you like the Island Of Dr. Moreau then you'll like this) ON THE NEGATIVE SIDE: - ACTING (The Acting was very week)
- LIGHTING (Major problem with the light, it made it impossible to see the monster clearly)
